Last week I had gotten the Iphone 4s when it came out, and I had bought an Incipio case to protect it. The thing is, the case protects the phone, but it breaks easily. Now only six days after buying it, 1 drop from waist height, the case broke along the bottom where the charger goes.
My question is whether Verizon or Incipio will replace it? I have until the end of this month to return it to Verizon, and I have another 24 days to contact Incipio.

I’d be surprised if either company would reimburse you for your negligence. The case did what it was intended to do. Be thankful you didn’t crack the phone.
