I’ve put a plastic protection on my Iphone and now it’s impossible to take it off, I try to take it off with my nails but it seems impossible, plus I’m scared to really scratch the screen with my nails

It should just peel off

I believe that rubbing alcohol would work. Not entirely sure though.
Use a flat razor blade. Slide it over the corners till it catches, then peel!
